Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer now exceeds £60,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilise.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your designer when you have work available for them.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests as you like to your queue. They will be delivered individually.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

We understand you may not have enough design work to complete an entire month.

You may only have one or two design requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up, use the service for 21 days, and then pause your subscription. This means the billing cycle will be paused, and you'll have 10 days remaining service to be used anytime.

But you are free to cancel at any time, due to the above billing, you will have 30 Days from payment to cancel

What is your turnaround time?

Typical requests are delivered in 72 hours on average. This includes a landing page, a collection of social templates, etc. If a request is much larger, expect to receive deliverables vary; however, so allow at least 72 hours until the entire request is complete.

The reason for a longer turn is that we take pride in every bit of work we complete, and it's all bespoke to our clients. Great design takes time, no matter the business.

What if I only have a single request?

That's fine. You contact us via the Contact Us form, and we can quote you on an ad-hoc basis. However, if it works out cheaper to do the monthly plan, we would ask you to pay monthly and pause or cancel when we complete the work, also BONUS is something else is needed it would be covered on your monthly too.
